Fun With Juggling Scarves DVD (EA) I ordered this product to support my daughter's recent interest in learning to juggle. I have never ordered anything from this vendor before. The product arrived in a timely manner and was ordered new. We got all excited and gathered round the TV to practice juggling along with our new video and sadly the audio portion of the DVD did not work "during the instructional parts of the video"! So we could listen to the set up of each step of the video and then could only watch what the instructor and children were doing and guess at the actual step-by-step instructions. I have the video and want to return it to see if the vendor has a working one they can send, unfortunately when I tried to learn how to return this product I became overwhelmed trying to find their return guidelines. I may have to eat this one but I was very disappointed with the product and would urge you not to purchase it or to know in advance how to return it before you do so you will not get stuck with a faulty video.
