This is an excellent whiteboard for the price. Although there were no instructions, it was logically designed so that any one who takes a moment to think about bolt A going into nut C should be able to figure it out. Nice, sturdy all metal design for the frame but not too heavy. All the tools you need are included in the packaging. From cutting open the box to writing my first words took 20 minutes, all while on a teleconference. The tilt mechanism is easy to use and well thought out. I had originally purchased a glass, magnetic, double-sided white board for a much greater price but the manufacturer was not able to deliver. While this board doesn't have the same cool factor, it works as advertised at a very reasonable price. The delivery was not too bad either. All in all, very satisfied with my purchase.

The board is nice on one side and is very sturdy. It was not hard to put together. But on the other side there is two long big bubbles in the middle of the board. It is not a huge deal so I won't go through the hassle of returning it.

The white board itself arrived warped on both sides, with large creases spreading from edge to edge. Looked like a manufacturer defect so returned it and ordered a replacement. Surprise: the replacement also had creases on both sides of the board, though smaller than its predecessor’s. For a $200+ board, very disappointed by the damaged white board. Would’ve returned this second one too and bought a board from a different company, but due to immediate need, had to keep this one. One plus is that assembly was relatively fast and painless, and the fulfillment by Amazon (fast shipping and returns). Another plus is that the entire frame is relatively stable and does not move when board is being used. However, receiving damaged white boards at this price point is just extremely disappointing.See picture for reference. Circled the warp since the reflective board and protective wrap makes it a bit difficult to see in picture. (Unfortunately, it’s a lot more evident in person).Edit: Dapper Display reached out to me and explained their quality control process (suggesting that boards were possibly damaged through UPS/Amazon handlers and not through manufacturing defects) and offered a $40 reimbursement.

Wanted to use this at work and was very disappointed that the whiteboard was damaged both times I received. The shipping box was ok, however the whiteboard was bubbled across the entire board (long streaks of raised areas). After reading all the good reviews I would have expected a better product.

This is the most incredible whiteboard I've ever owned, and I've owned a bunch. I kept this thing in my office, but when I closed my business, I brought it home with me. Now I use it to write to-do's, affirmations, quotes, and other positive things that I want to see every day.

The package didn’t include marker, earsser, magnet and ruler. The white board was missing wheels and other parts.

Everything you need to assemble is in the box. No joke. The tools you need to assemble come with. Great product.

We really like this board but it came bent on one side. Thankfully it didn't impact us putting it together. It was too big to return and we needed it so we kept it.
