The Wilton Way of Cake Decorating (Volume 2)

This is another great reference book on cake decorating that includes various international methods of cake decorating. This book has a wonderful section that covers how to create icing flowers for all 50 states in the USA. In addition it covers use of piping tubes, gum paste, candy making and has a wonderful selection of photos of decorated cakes that give you great ideas.I bought all three volumes of "The Wilton Way of Cake Decorating" and I like each one of them.

I gave this book 5 stars for many reasons such as great packaging, quickly shipped, the book was in great condition and the book it self had beautiful pictures and step by step instructions to creating beautiful art work. Amazing recipes with great directions and the results are always beautiful. I loved the book!

Although the book corresponds to a 1982 edition, I think it is one of the greatest treasures that has come into my hands.Thanks

I love all the Wilton books. It is a shame that they stopped making the books. No calendar that they make replaces the books. These are a treasure trove of so many different skills that people are paying instructors to teach and it is all here and more!

This book was in very good condition as expected. The books have great ideas and step by step instructions for decoration ideas, recipes, and detailed pictures of for cakes. Only downfall was that the slip cover was in very poor shape and that was not explained in the description.

A must have for the avid cake decorator. Beautiful pictures with clear instructions. Easy to understand and is inspirational to try different decorating techniques.

I took the Wilton class and I highly recomend an instructor showing you how to do stuff. Once you know the basics, this book will be easy to do.
