I bought these biotin gummies and took them for 3-6 months before noticing a huge difference in my nails and hair. They really work! When I stopped taking them, this is what happened. My nails break easily and are curled! I hate it and started taking them again. This is a pic of my hair while taking the vitamins. Definitely gives you thicker and fuller hair. I’m 58 yrs old.
