I have started this bcaa from my chest day. It gives energy and recover mucle fast. Taste is also nice.

I bought this product about 2 months ago and I have been consuming it since then. I don't see any results in last 2 months. It's taste is also not that great, moreover, it is a lot of sugar and I think it is more glucose than anything else which has increased my weight a lot.It is a waste of money. I bought this for my muscle recovery and to lose weight but it is has increased my weight.Pathetic Product.Please don't buy any health supplement of Inlife.

It is difficult to tell its working in body or not.But taste is good.Need 8.1.1 ratio

Low quality product. No good mixability. Powered texture even after vigorous mixing.. would not recommend. need to throw whole box.

Packing was good but inner seal opened product was expired I think so
