Expensive, but fit the purpose. No assembly needed. perfect design, strong quality. Stable and nice color, but there are no drainage holes. That must enhance the stability. Nice and fat, works great! Worth every penny, for the job it does.

I got this large flower pot saucer because the design and look is much better than those flimsy clear ones. This hold water with marking up furniture tops and is great value for the money. Now, all of my potted plants sit in these great saucers.

Very sturdy and attractive. We placed a very large, heavy ceramic pot in it with out any problems or concerns about cracking it.

I received this planter saucer on the expected delivery date with no damages. It is very light and thin as described. Is its light weight a plus? I honest don't know. Since it is not something I will move or carry around on a frequent basis. weight of saucer is my least concern. I am using it outdoors. We have hot sunny summers, snow and freezing winters. Durability and holding its shape under weight of the planter with the potting soil and plant and ability to retain its color are the important attributes that I am looking for especially its price is not that cheap. When ordering, please pay special attention to the pictorial diagram showing just the dimensions of the saucer to get a good fit. Use the chart (pale blue color letters) showing the dimensions of the planters if you already have the planter sold by HC or are buying the planter & saucer as a pair now. If you use the dimension published in the dimension to order, chances are it won't fit since most planters have a sloping sidewall. It is likely the bottom diameter of the saucer is too small. Description says it is made out of plastic only. I wish it can be a bit more specific. Plastic is a term that covers a wide range of material. The item is stamped Made in USA. The manufacturing process of this item is rather simple and non labor intensive. Making them in China may not have much of an advantage in terms of cost. The quality of material and conformity to the material specification are important factors. Consumer perception is items made in a certain country overseas are sub-quality and often not what material is said to be. Hence, the preference of buying products that are made in USA. In my opinion, the use of the correct type of material is essential in meeting the service specification. More specifics on the material would be desireable.

I bought this plant saucer to use for my hose pot as a lid and it’s working out well. I use a 22” to 24” barrel planter to hold my water hoses and these pot saucers make great lids for them. My only complaint is the price. The pot saucers are thick and well made and keeps the garbage like fallen leaves out of my hose pot.

I have had good luck with HC companies products. I bought these saucers, over slightly less expensive ones, so that I was sure that I would match the planters that I purchased at the same time. I'm glad I did I wish that they were thicker, because I find myself carrying heavy planters along with their saucers, filled with water, but they are thick enough, really

Weightofsaucer

I originally purchased these trays to use under large pots but have used them for many other things around the garden especially during harvest time. Great for drying onions in the sun. Just pick it up in the evening and put it the shed ready for the next day. Also used them for carrots as I like to separate them according to size before storing them. Very sturdy and well made. Good value for the price.
