Started eating paleo about a month ago. Bought these to have something quick to snack on. They taste pretty awful, kind of salty and bitter for something that's supposed to be a cookie. They aren't so bad that I'd spit them out or anything, but definitely not something I'd go out of my way for. I've tried the brownie and salted caramel so far. Going to try the mint chocolate soon, but I'm not guessing those will be much better. I appreciate the effort in keeping the ingredients clean, but no dice with this one.

These are a great option for healthier chocolate fix! If you're expecting these to taste just like brownies, you're going to be disappointed because nothing is going to taste exactly like brownies besides actual brownies. I started off by trying the variety pack. I didn't really care for the flavor of the salted caramel, but enjoyed the classic chocolate and chocolate mint. I came back and ordered more of the 2 I liked (please note: I ate the whole bag of salted caramel. It wasn't an instance where it was so bad I wanted to throw it away instead of subjecting my taste buds to it, which I will do for foods I find nasty; I just don't want to spend money on that flavor again). They have a very satisfying crunch and it's hard not to eat the whole bag in one sitting! I'd be happier if the price covered larger bags (wouldn't we all who like them???), but beggars can't be choosers, and sadly, we tend to pay more for healthier options.

The media could not be loaded.  I'll try not to drool as I write this review but honestly, I am addicted to these scrumptious snacks; it's hard not to eat the whole bag in one sitting! Like my title says move over thin mints cause you have a competitor a paleo one at that! If you love TM’s you will love the mint flavor. If youre a fan of chocolate desserts and looking for a grain free option these are for you! These ”cookies” are crunchy, full of flavor, easy on the tummy and dont leave any weird after taste. My biggest complaint is I have no self-control with them, once I open a bag it's incredibly difficult to put them away. I havent had luck finding these at wholefoods so i appreciate being aboe to purchase them on amazon. They arent flimsy either so i dont have to worry about them getting crushed during shipping either. I’m happy this company is in existence because that means more options for us paleo diet followers, I wouldn't be surprised if I saw this company on shark tank.

So, as I sit here munching on these, still trying to understand the weird taste at the beginning, I have to say it feels like my body likes it. I needed a pick-me-up, was feeling drowsy, and these came in today,So I decided to try them. They have an odd flavor that I don't like when I first bite in, but I love the texture, and as I crunch and chew in, the chocolate mint wins me over. And the process begins again.I probably would not buy again though, perhaps I will try the other flavorsThe mint flavor really does a lot, however, I wonder why there's not real mint listed in the ingredients, only "natural flavors"

The texture and size are great and the first second of flavor is great. Then there appears to be a funky aftertaste that quickly takes over. It was enough for my husband and daughter who do not have to eat gluten free to stop eating them. I do need to maintain a strict GF diet for celiac sprue. I am confident that these are safe, but honestly I have found better tasting goodies. I may crumble some and use it as a topping for cashew ice cream.

Yummy, but not the most diabetic friendly. If you have one or two it wouldn’t make your sugar spike. Have the serving size on the package and it might be a wee bit different.Tasty otherwise. If diabetes isn’t a concern, I’d recommend them.

They don't taste EXACTLY like my Moms brownies, but they are tasty. The price is a tad bit too much at $5.98 per bag, but I think I'll buy some more later. I just don't want to make them a habit. I'm diabetic and they didn't seem to totally kill my blood sugar, it did go up a bit after ONLY eating one serving between meals with some light exercise. Overall I like the flavor and texture and the "healthy" ingredients. I think if they could find an alternative to the "Organic Maple Syrup" and "Organic Coconut Sugar" it might help with blood glucose levels.

I’d been searching for a not too sweet treat that was still delicious that I could enjoy on my diet without derailing all my current success. I researched a lot and found a cookie (I won’t name the brand) that I thought would be good but it turned out to taste like pieces of cardboard mixed with chewing gum. Yuck! It was awful so naturally I was very skeptical about spending my money again to try another item. I’m so glad I did though because these brownie thins are amazing! I purchased the variety option. These are perfectly sized and packed with so much chocolatey flavor that’s subtle but don’t let that fool you these are prepared by angels! My life is so much better now that I’ve found a snack that has all natural ingredients that I can enjoy whenever I have a need for something sweet and or crunchy! The best of both worlds in one bag!
