Received the product within 2 days of ordering.This is a great product. When I'm gaining I mix 2 scoops of this oat powder along with 2 scoops of ON Gold Standard Natural Whey. When I'm cutting I cut it down to 1 scoop of oat powder. Instant meal on the go for any fitness enthusiast or bodybuilder. The fibre in this keeps you full compared to simple sugar mixtures like dextrose or maltodextrin. I use whey protein plus a scoop of that post workout if I'm cutting. If I'm gaining I do the whey protein with a scoop of Carbolean and then a scoop of oat powder.So far I have been very impressed with Flex Protein's products. I couldn't recommend it enough.People complaining about tastelessness in other reviews, this is not something you consume to tickle your taste buds. This is a superior quality oat powder which does what it claims to do.Neutral taste that adds well to any flavouring. My younger brother's favourite so far is with coffee and honey at breakfast. Mixes quickly in a shaker with ice cubes and water at bedtime. You will get sludge at the bottom if you use too little fluid with too many scoops but then I just add more water. A very good fuel for soldiers and athletes that leaves no bloated or gassy feel.

It causes stomach irritation so any nutrition you are getting form other foods also will become reduced.

Good flavour & clean, without any garbage like calcium cassinate etc etc. I have read a lot of reviews about some 'special' people saying it tastes like *****. If you want a true nutritious product for your health you wont cry like those 'special' people, who are more breed on *****. Thats what sets hard workers apart from posers! Go for this if you want clean nutrition. Go for candie bars & donuts if your want great taste instead!
