Not quite sure
I was taking a tablespoon a day to lose weight, well didn't work for that I can tell you but I had blood work done. Usually I have high numbers on EVERYTHING, A1C, Cholesterol, you name it. I eat healthy, exercise but bad genetics. My blood work came back AMAZING! Even my doctor was in shock! This stuff is the only thing I had changed about myself. Then quarantine kicked in! Eating bad, stop taking this, I was an essential employee so I was stressed no exercise. Went to the doctors ALL my numbers where so high I had to get on meds for EVERYTHING. Diabetes, cholesterol, Blood pressure, even my vitamin D was so low in was in the double digits when it's supposed to be in the thousands. So I started back taking a tablespoon day and night. It is so nasty I have to choke it down. But six months blood work and well see how well it does!!!!

Greatness!
I love this tonic! It used to be sold at a local store and was sad when it got discounted, but was thrilled to find it on Amazon. I love the taste, it's pretty potent tho. I find it a good way to add nutritious benefits to my dietary intake. I like shooting it straight, but would imagine it would be good incorporated into food dishes as well.

healthy start for the day
i have added this product to my green drink and like the fact it has the apple cider vinegar in it plus additional organic juices especially for immune support. I take a table spoon every am an it actually makes my green drink taste better. i cant take this straight as some people do only because it would be to tart for me. mixed is perfect
