This cream is scentless, goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. My skin feels like input lotion on it afterwards. I apply it to my abdomen, as instructed by my Naturopathic doctor. I was prescribed this several years ago. It had been a game changer FOR sure. I do have to reduce using it (once a day vs twice) during my cycle. I don't have a period anymore, so I notice my attitude, how my body feels and the calender to know when to reduce it. One really important note: I let my husband know ahead of my reducing. I initially bought this to "hold me over" until my next prescription came but it works EXACTLY the same and for much less! No Hot Flashes! Feel great. Use under medical supervision! It definitely works. I am ultra sensitive, so my experience may not be yours. My doctor prescribed it for me. I used 1/2 a dose one time a day for 2 days and had to go to the ER from a huge spike in blood pressure, dizziness, etc. It is a clean product aside from the plastic container. Just be mindful of any light headed feelings and blood pressure. You may have a different experience however. I do support this company however for normal people. Lol

It really works. I had to use it regularly to keep my hot flashes under control. I realized it I couldn't skip a day here and there and still do well. I have to use it twice a day on my wrists, back of knees, inside the bend in my arm, or inner upper arm. It's best to switch your spots up from what my doctor told me, so I switch off on those areas. There are other areas you can use it, like the chest etc. but, I just use the spots above. Since it seems to have to get into the system and you have to keep it using regularly for it to work , you may notice that it takes 3-5 days to get results when you first start using it. So don't give up too soon! I notice that my mood is better when I use it also. I am less edgy and cranky.

After successfully taking Progon B tabs for the last year for low progesterone, I tried the Progon B-L and that did not work for me. So, I decided to try Progonol. Bezwecken had such a great product with Progon B tabs, but I cannot tell any difference with either the Progon B liquid or the Progonol. In addition, the Progonol cream has a lot of alcohol in it and smells strongly of it. The second ingredient (after water) is Isopropyl Alchohol, and it also contains Cetyl Alcohol. It doesn't last forever, but it is very strong at first and makes wonder if this is good for me. My PMS symptoms have returned with a vengeance and they were well under control with Progon B tablets. I'm so disappointed! I think some of us just don't do well with the transdermal creams. 4/11/14: I just wanted to update that I switched to the Progon B-L4x oil. This is much better than their first liquid Progon which required you use about 30-40 drops about 5x a day. It was way too much! Greasy and hard to move around like you're supposed to because it covered such a wide area. This new one is only 3 - 5 drops twice a day. I start it around day 8 with just 3 drops and gradually increase. It has only been one month, but it did seem to help last month.

I'm a 34 year old woman, and my functional practitioner recommended this for luteal phase spotting. I've been using it for 5 months. It hasn't changed the spotting at all, unfortunately. I suppose it makes me slightly sleepier, but overall I haven't seen much of a difference, and I used 5 pumps twice a day. I don't have terribly low progesterone in the first place, but it looks like for what I need it for, the only thing that works is a vaginal dose of 100-200mg progesterone. I am not convinced the body absorbs the cream very much. I'm glad it seems to work for others, though.
