Barbie Dentist Doll & Playset, Black Hair

This set is really nice. There is a nice dentist station tower with water bowl and water tap. An immovable light and a movable pictureholder. The tower has open shelves. The dentist chair can bend a little bit to the back. The additional stuff like the toothbrush and the toothpaste is cute. At the table there are some holes to put them. Personally I do not like these holes to fix things. But I know that a lot of people find them helpful. The dentist is like the made-to-move purple shirt Barbie. She has silky hair. She wears safety glasses, black high heels, a white smock and a dress with flowers. The dress has no velcro in the back. But it is stretchy and easy to take off. Because of the bend arm it is not so easily to put on. But because it is stretchy you can pull and make it a little bit longer. I do not like all the short dresses. I would prefer if Mattel produces more realistically clothes. The kid wears a cute flower dress, with velcro in the back. And it wears really cute white little reeboks with a Barbie brand. In my model the hair is not well painted and the eyes are a little bit too big. But for 20 $ I got a really nice playset.

Diversity and career in Barbie dolls. What’s not to like? Wish she has the explorer like the previous one instead of just the mirror and toothbrush. Love that she has protective eyewear and lab coat. It would be nice if the patient has protective eyewear too.

Adorable. Bought is for a dentist friend of mine and she uses it at her clinic for the kids. Its been a great hit with the kids in the waiting area. And the dentist loved it too.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my niece who is half Chinese . I wanted her to have a doll that looked more like her than a traditional Barbie. Unfortunately Asian dolls are hard to find and most were more expensive then their Caucasian counterparts .This doll was priced right and the dentist accessories were a fun bonus .

My 6 year old daughter loves this set and I love that it is a toy that also promotes something positive about going to the dentist - which no child really enjoys :-) It's also good that it comes with a dark haired doll rather than the bog standard blonde hair Barbie, which most young girls end up with a dozen of, just in different outfits. The chair in this set has also been used for LOL dolls to go visit the dentist with my daughter explaining to them all how important looking after your teeth is :-D
