It does not have an expiration date on it however it does last a long time. I have used this spice for years. It also comes in a small bottle like 3-5 ounce.

What allergens does it contain? gluten? dairy? soy? corn? mustard?

The ingredients do not mention any of the above. It mentions spices as one of the ingredients so the spices may contain mustard.
