Useless product without cataluge
No cataluge manual found in box.It was really difficult to imagine which parts to be matched with other.From u tube and CP plus and Backward videosone how could understood fiitment but finally found lock not working . Looks to me used product was despatched as some damaged marks were present on lock body Retuned the lock and on same day got money back. Without cataluge it is a useless product.

Replacement under warranty will cost you approx rs. 1000 in a place like Lucknow
After 6 months of use product had issues and the service personnel ask me to detach the lock and bring it to service centre for warranty. Detaching and reassembling the lock will cost me around rs.1000 (welder, electrician, carpenter), so had bought a new lock..
