It's the 2" tee. There is also a 1". They are NOT legal in college football. From what I have read they are still legal in HS and youth FB.

Heavy and solid!
This tee is very heavy (this is good) and will rest on the grass nice and firm.It is also very solid, constructed of a plastic material that will slightly give when pressure is applied.No complaints, highly recommended!
