Item Details: American-made Enhanced grain structure Individually ground blade Crafted from Dexsteel 5" length White handle Review: Good quality - I bought this because my company tried ordering this for me for several months but it never came. I work on the produce department so it's crucial to have. My company gets them for about $10 so I'd say this is a bit expensive. But good quality and does the job. Review: Worth the money - Dexter knives are the only knives for the Produce dept.. I’ve had them for the past 8 years and still going strong..

Good Knife
Replacing one just like it, that I got in 2006. I pray this one last as long as the last one did.

I like the size but deducted a star because its can be difficult to distinguish the cutting side of the knife due to the uniform handle if not paying attention. Still a great knife.

A Produce Manager's Best Friend
This knife is great. I ordered it as a replacement for the same model that wandered away at work. It is not too heavy like some of the 6 inch or longer produce knives. It has good balance- my hands are smaller so it's very easy for me to hold and use. It sharpens beautifully. The blade on my old one never touched a box in its life, and I don't intend for this one to, either.

Great knife
After so many of these supplied by the company "disappeared" I decided to buy my own and selfishly allow no one else to use it. It resides in its Dexter sheath on my belt at all times at work. The blade geometry is much better than a regular paring knife, and it takes and holds an edge well, providing you use it for its intended purpose, not a box cutter.

Smaller than advertised
Knife description said 5". It is barely over 4". The attached picture shows more of a difference than is true due to leaving the product in the original packaging. Very disappointing as I ordered 3 for my kids. Used this brand of knife in my family's grocery store for years & years and bought 2 for my own house that have been used for 25+ years. However, this knife is smaller than the 5" that was advertised and 1 inch can make a difference when cutting fruits & vegetables.
