I contacted the seller to see if they can remedy that without a return, and they sent out the replacement shade promptly. Very thankful for their great customer service and that I didn't have to remove it from the wall for a return. I think the seller is from Ohio!

This matches perfectly with my new bathroom. Simple but beautiful! Install was pretty easy but only because I've installed a light fixture before. The instructions are absolutely horrible, you'll want to go on YouTube if to haven't installed a light fixture before because you'll get zero help from the "instructions". Great quality though and very happy with the final product
