Unexpected quality by an Indian company, Superb results. My wife and I used to tease about this brand. On the recommendation of friends and our maids we started with a few Patanjali products. Ghee was good quality. As its a natural product, we thought the company did a good job. Packaging still need to be improved tho. Next we tried Ramdev Hing - my cook insist that always buy the same as its the best she used till date. Next we bought the dish wash bar, it was outstanding much better than VIM and Exo. Next my wife tried out Patanjali Mogra bath soap. She is still in love with its quality, next she bought Patanjali shampoo - now she is surprised with the lather and quality of an Indian brand. (Surprised coz she been using international brands like Schwarzkopf, Matrix, Dove and L'oreal. And with all these years of R&D and money power, they have not achieved the quality and customer satisfaction like what a small homegrown brand like Patanjali has achieved. It has set a benchmark for other Indian brands and corporates) Now, after all these product experiments with a relatively unknown brand like Patanjali, promoted by a half naked Indian Yoga guru, It has come to a point where I will blindly pick up any of the product by this brand. My jokes, smirks and tease about brand Patanjali has been put to rest, by the awesome superior quality of the products they make. Please continue to give us the same quality. Improve on the packaging. Respect Be Indian, Try to buy Indian products ;)

The product has been good. It smells and tastes like original Cow ghee. Its very reasonbly priced. I'm no expert on quality of Ghee, so i would leave it to people to decide if it has anything unusal. Even i'm quite surprised that the cost it so low as as per on of Organic farm owner says that anybody selling ghee for less than Rs1000/kg is dubious as the cost will not workout. For now, i will continue to buy as by that price logic, i wont be able to get Diapers for cheaper than market in amazon, a cab for less than Rs10/Km and phone call less than 60 ps/min.

This Patanjali Ghee and Patanjali toothpaste are the emerging market leaders in their respective products currently in India that made competitiors cry due to its quality. Nicely packed during the manufacturing. The outer layer is made of paper board and inside there is a nice silver cover containing ghee. This makes the transit damage null though mine was received with damage at one corner, the ghee was unaffected. This ghee outweighs the normal ghee available in the market due to its unique quality and taste. It adds taste to all foods, particularly for me when it is added with Sambar or Paruppu (Dhal). The ghee is yellow in colour and it is traditional I guess without having any preservatives I think. Ghee is very smooth and clear to see and use unlike other ghees in which we can see dotted white substances floating around. Though it is few bucks more than other ghees, I strongly recommend to experience this flavour once in your life because it's worth for money.
