Looks great but batteries have not lasted as long as exp cited and there is no external power socket, so batteries only…..

I purchased this item in September last year, tested it out and everything seemed fine so I boxed it back up and left it in a safe place until December when I was intending to use it over the Christmas period. I started using it from December 1st onwards and it only lasted for 8 days in total before it gave up the ghost and did not work again. Before it broke down the switch went stiff so it was difficult to switch on and off and eventually it would not operate when switched on or on the timer mode. So, I tried to contact Konstsmide (as requested by Amazon self service assistant) by phone and their number was unobtainable so I emailed them on numerous occasions and they NEVER responded to any of my emails even though they read them which is very unprofessional and shows poor service. This also left me feeling rather upset and disgusted. If I had the chance I would like another of the same model to replace the one I have as the little dog on it with Santa reminds me of my dog as it looks like her. I thought it was a very beautiful designed ornament which appealed to me. I'm sure the same thing couldn't happen a second time if I had the option of another one. A very dissatisfied customer with regards to this item!

Small but pretty. Gives a nice glow. Has a timer setting if needed.

The lantern was a great colour and the effect was good, but when switching it on the fan that moves the glitter around was catching and noisey, so we had to return it.

These little lanterns are very effective and give a lovely warm glow in the dead of winter and brighten up Christmas 😍

Bellissimo prodotto. Una lanterna diversa dalle altre,comprata per mia mamma e tutti la amano. Ben fatta , con materiali non scadenti e questo è importante. Va a pile questo pure è importante. La lumonisotita non è forte ma non stanca e il suo disegno all interno è molto bello. Promosso!

Die Ware kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Die Wasserlaterne ist sehr hübsch und leuchtet sehr schön und hell. Der Timer ist sehr praktisch. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen und empfehle sie daher gerne weiter.

Très déçu ! Superbe lanterne mais la figurine à l'intérieur flottait au lieu d'être fixée. Impossible de la réparer... Du coup, retour à l'envoyeur malheureusement. Vraiment dommage !
