Goren Farm's Yellow Rattle Seed 20grams (6000 Seeds Approx), 2024 Harvest

Sowed these seeds in a patch of wildflower meadow in autumn 2023. Now (May 2024) germinated very well - lots of plants emerging strongly. High hopes!

I think that I should have bought it last year - according to the accompanying leaflet. It would have been good to know that in advance. I will have to wait to see if it germinates.

The sewing instructions were followed but no seedlings emerged at all in spring. The supplier initially promised to supply another batch if still no signs of life later on. There were none but the supplier then went back on their promise. There was an issue of shade but the instructions that came with did not say to avoid all shade.

I scattered this seed in an area in my garden that i want to turn into a meadow. I planted the seed last October and am very happy to see that the germination is excellent and young plants are springing up all over the designated area this May. Very satisfied.and would recommend to others who want to develop a meadowland area in the garden.

Great seller, way beyond typical UK seed sellers. Seed came quickly, with comprehensive instructions, as well as a lovely backstory on the farm where it was grown. It looks very healthy, and was clearly from the last harvest. Best "non-commercial scale" seed I've bought on Amazon.
