This product was only 1/2 of what I paid for, there was a big hole down the center of the tube. The company was contacted about their defective product. The reply: Our product team said to relay that grease cartridges are filled with pumps that have various outlet sizes & pressures. It is unusual to see a hole in the center of the grease as was shown in the picture provided, and may have been a result of higher pressure being used to fill the cartridges. We don't anticipate there being an issue using the cartridge in the grease gun, but if there is air in the lines, our recommendation is to try storing the cartridge on it's side to collapse the hole. then they go on to say we can return it to Amazon if we want.
