It's always been hard to find an all natural deodorant that actually works. I cannot use any products that contain baking soda because I'm allergic to it. For years I was buying jasmine tea deodorant from Schmidt's, absolutely loved it. Baking soda free, all natural. However they discontinued that particular one. In fact it's become hard to find any sensitive skin deodorants on their website anymore. So shopping around on Amazon, I ran across this lavender humble deodorant. Sensitive, no baking soda. So I figured I would give it a shot. First of all the price was much lower than all the other natural deodorants other companies are asking for. The scent smells great, I had no skin irritation and it worked all day, absolutely no body odor whatsoever. I live in Miami, it is July, very hot and humid. I work out in the gym and I work in my yard daily, and I also cycle on my bike. Needless to say I sweat a lot, I had no issues with odor. I am 100% sold and happy that I stumbled across this product. Update, August 1st 2025, as of a couple weeks ago I started getting irritation. I don't know if it's the lavender or something else that's causing it, I purposely got the sensitive skin / no baking soda and yet it still causing irritation. I really wish I could just find a deodorant that works that does not give me any type of irritation. Unfortunately Schmidt's sensitive skin jasmine tea deodorant has been discontinued, wouldn't you know it. Oh well, just my experience. Update, I ordered the Bergamot and Ginger, the mountain lavender give me a horrible rash, I'm thinking it's the lavender. But the new one I got is great, for sensitive skin, I apply it after my shower in the evening and I reapply it in the morning when I get up. It has not agitated my skin whatsoever and it really works. Remember everyone is different. I spent 3 hours out in the yard working, was sweating like no tomorrow here in the hot Miami Sun. And after all that, I still did not smell whatsoever. Thank God, finally! The scent smells like the yellow starburst, but it's not overpowering.

I tired this brand at a friends house while staying there for four days over a snow storm and had non of my own with me. I am amazed at how well it took care of any scent from my underarms . It lasts a very long time . Though it’s not summer time and I haven’t been able to work out to give it a major test , I haven’t been using this for a week with no under arm scent at all . Even when I wake up I feel fresh without any offensive scent . And I have horrible water just loaded with iron and minerals which are a great medium for bacteria growth . This deodorant so far has worked better than the secret Outlast which is my normal brand . Summertime will tell for sure . But as of this review I am living this brand deodorant ! No rash , no body odor , I use very little and it lasts a long long time . The extra bonus is the faint but distinct and lovely scent of rose I can smell inside my shirt under arm . There is no dry time as it seems to work well with damp underarms and one smear across them. The texture is soft and creamy and truly does invisibly glide on your skin. No need to see it as a build up to realize that it’s there and will work . So far I love it and I am glad I got snowed in at my friends house because this product could be a perfect replacement for my old AL filled stand by. With so little being needed so far I do feel it it is well worth the price of nine dollars .

I think this deodorant is good, I just stopped using it because it irritated my eczema. It smells amazing.

I don’t even easily get musty but I still got musty while wearing this. And I tested it at the wrong time when I had to visit a friend in the hospital. So i was sitting in a cool waiting room and i stretched and was like, why do I smell funk. And I wasn’t sure if it was me so I tried to sneak a sniff. And yes it was me. Mind you I sat in that cool waiting room for hours. I was in there all day and night and was musty early on in the day. I think I had it on for about 3 hours before I noticed the must. But that’s kind of normal for me if it’s cool and I just showered. I should have known better since it doesn’t have baking soda or something stronger in it to control odors. Even a little baking soda to keep it gentle would help a little. For me it doesn’t help at all. It smells nice going on, then my body odor seeps through as the day goes on. And this was a sedentary day. If I walk, workout, clean, if it’s hot(summer is here), or do anything that makes me sweat, then of course the body odor comes through faster/easier. At this point I don’t know why this is labeled as a deodorant as it has zero effect for me. This deodorant humbled me that day. Dressed casually nice but smelled funky. lol

Great deodorant that doesn’t contain any allergens. Works well. Not easy to find this version in the uk. Did take a while to come though

Bought because no baking soda and for sensitive skin. Broke out in red rash day one!!! I do NOT recommend.
