I don’t know what sorcery they put in this product but I am happy about it! I’ve got to say, to be a spray and not something you have to orally take to get to sleep/stay asleep, this is a decent thing. The scent is pleasant, like a light lavender scent and it’s became apart of my bedtime routine. I’m not so sure the roll on oil works as well, but the spray definitely does. I would recommend to give it a try. You might be surprised!

This is expensive, but this is one of those products then I cannot endorse enough! It does truly work! I got a sample of it in a kit from Ulta when I bought some makeup, and I was hooked. This is my second large bottle that I've gone through, and I don't go to sleep without it. I kept the miniature sample bottle I originally had and just refill it and that is what I use to fall asleep when I travel. It's a wonderful and essential part of my night time routine. I've also bought this as gifts for people who have had sleep issues.

Both my husband and I were anxious to give this a try as we both have difficulty sleeping. We tried it every night for two weeks with absolutely no change whatsoever in our ability to sleep well. This was a waste of money.

Not sure why it works for one person and not the other, but since we were buying the deep sleep pillow spray for him, I will give it a 5-star rating, because it really helps him. A golf buddy told him about it and we both were very reluctant to buy since it is pricey as all essential oils are. But we knew if purchasing it through Amazon and it didn't work, we could return it for a full refund. I spray it on the top of his pillowcase in 3 places--both ends and in the middle on MWF's and it really seems to help him have a deeper sleep. Have recommended to a couple other people to try. Hope it works as well for them as it did for my husband.

This doesn't work for me. It does have a fresh aroma like a just-opened bag of gardening soil! But it was expensive and not a good buy.
