Good, but need to spray more than what they recommend. Does help

Not everyone wants to ingest essential oils. When I looked for a product to help with my digestion I was careful (apparently not careful enough) to avoid those that claimed to have EO in them. This product did not claim to have EO. It does say “infused with citrus oil” or something like that.. but was not clear that it contains several essential oils. I do not tolerate ingestion of EO, so I cannot use this item nor can I return it. Would love a refund but that likely won’t happen either.

This has helped with my acid reflux and I don't need to take antacids after I eat anymore. I do monitor what can trigger my acid reflux (certain foods/drinks, caffeine, stress, eating habits) but if Im going out I'll take this just in case. It does have an acquired taste but you don't need alot and it helps to drink water after you take it.
