Purchased this as a gift for my husband who has gotten into doing sacred geometry. He was looking for a specific grade and this set happened to have the one he needed so I purchased it and it's become his favorite set. Great gift for someone who likes art and needs a variation in pencil grades.

Bought this for the artist in my life very giftable . Nice presentation.

These are ok for everyday drawing, but if a serious artist my son recommends Prisma Color, especially in the 9H.

I always used mechanical pencils when it came to drawing. I decided to give graphite pencils a chance since they range in different values. Just... Wow. These pencils are amazing, especially for the price! I was going to buy the Faber-Castell 12 set, which is around $15. After scrolling for a bit, I saw the Bellofly 12 set which would be around $9 something after tax. I was stunned to see I could upgrade to the 20 set....for $1 more?! Um, yes please, thank you! I love these pencils, glad I found this 20 set for about $11 instead of buying the F-C set of 12 for about $15. Plus, I never knew a 9H pencil existed. It became my first and favorite graphite pencil. 😍

The pencils were fine, but the hinge for the metal case was not secure, causing the pencils to fall out. Fixed with a needle nose pliers, but it should never have made it out of manufacturing. This is a manufacturing problem, not a seller problem.

I got these as a gift for my nephew who has been taking it upon himself to learn different sketching techniques including comic book characters. This set with the graduating shades of blacks and grays were ideal for this. He opened them right up and was surprised to see no “colors” and once he realized what they were, he was off and drawing!Its a very nicely presented set as well with the pencils lined up in a sturdy tin box. Would make a great gift for adults as well as kids and I’ve already recommended these to a few friends.Thanks so much!
