M-WaveUniversal Wicker Bicycle Basket, Clip-on Bracket 38x28x27 cm/16x12x10

I loved the photo and the product. When I received the basket, it was not two toned. That was disappointing, but for the price it is a decent basket, big enough to put a big purse or gym bag or a few grocery bags like half full. I've done a few trips to the farmers market as well as the local grocery store. Great to put my gym bag in. I can't wait for warm weather so I can get more use out of it.

I first purchased this basket for my new electric cruiser. It was so handy to put my dog in! I actually wore out the first one so I had to have a new one! Easy to install and easy to takeoff to go shopping at farmers market

It could only hold one bag of flour from the supermarket. When I put two into it, it fell off the bike. I had to carry the extra bag in my backpack. It is a large basket, but don't be deceived. It can only hold a light load. Other than that, it is cute and quaint, and useful, and easily detached to take inside for shopping. Just don't put much into it or you will be sorry!It fits nicely on the bike and is adjustable in many ways, so it really works on a bike that couldn't take many styles of carriers.I like it and would recommend it. It just isn't made for heavy duty hauling, so be careful with it.

This M-Wave basket is a real nice add-on to my bike. Size- and shapewise fits perfectly. See my uploaded images, even with the angled steering-wheel rod I could level-out the basket to horizontal. Installation took only a couple of minutes and was very easy using the pictures that came with the product. What the original picture does not show is that the basket is reinforced with a single piece of metal that is bent across the rear-wall and the bottom, so this gives strength to the whole setup and holds the basket in horizontal position even under load. The user's guide says it is for up to 5kg of goods.The darker ring you see running around the middle of the basket on the original picture is not visible on the basket I received. Mine has the lighter colour only, no distinguishable ring.The clip-on works perfectly. Easy and quick to remove the basket and then reattach it.The socket of the clip-on adapter on the basket has two positions. The factory default is the one you see on the pictures, almost at the top of the basket. This can be moved downwards though, so that the socket gets to about the middle of the basket. So if you worry about the basket being too deep and not providing enough space between the bottom of the basket and the top of your front tire, you can compensate this way. The socket is fixed by four bolts, so all you need is a screwdriver if you want to move it to the lower position. That setup may also make the basket hold stronger, but I haven't tried it as I am happy with how the factory default higher position holds.

I'm torn here: the basket seems to be good quality but is much bigger than I expected (this could be a + or - depending on your expectations). The color is lighter than the picture, it is a light natural color wicker, and there is no stripe. I still have it in the box and will probably send it back. Just not quite what I wanted.

This basket is larger than most which I liked. The color is not as pictured At All!! It looks like natural wicker (no stain) which ended up working with my gold colored bike. Also there is no colored band. I was not happy with purchase until my bike arrived and I could see that the color worked. I gave it 4 because it looks well built and very easy to install nice large bucket

Although the first one showed up without the adapter to connect to the bicycle, it was easily returned to Amazon (at their cost) when the replacement arrived. While it would have made more sense to just send the adapter instead of another large box to accommodate the basket, I'm not going to try and understand their company procedures with regard to product received sans parts and I did not want to spend anymore time than necessary with the out sourced customer support in India. Uggh... That being said, the basket is wonderful and lived up to expectations. Very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, it is able to handle a modest load from the grocery store excursions when we want to take our bikes. The underwire is a key component to its rigidity. Favorite feature is how easily it detaches from the adapter to carry into the store and through the check out lane. Comments galore! Buy with confidence!

I had this same basket in the previous model. It had a different mechanism for maintaining the angle of the basket. Buttons for adjustment that locked. This version had a screw that you tighten and it keeps coming loose. Within minutes the basket is riding on my front tire.

Very nice basket.It looks nice. I built it on my bike and everyone wants it too.Easy to build, can't carry too much weight though. I have the feeling it might break.After 3 months is broken!!!

Queda genial en una bici antigua que hemos arreglado y pintado para un familiar. Una bici que ya no se usaba, después de limpiarla, desmontarla y pintarla, le dimos un toque retro con esta cesta. Queda genial y muy bonita.

The basket was so fragile that all hooks are broken and replaced by tie wraps within one week, not worth the money, this is poor quality and should have been priced much lower than 90$

Was not the colors as shown. Was all pale beige. And the clip was missing. So I sadly returned it. The size was great and handle seemed sturdy. If the item arrived as described with all parts, I would have been very excited!
