My daughter is 2 and is obsessed with necklaces, they're stretchy so she can put them on herself. They are really good quality for the price as well.

We got them for my baby girl (1 yr old) cake smash photo shoot, and it looked wonderful... we loved them and we are going to keep it and order new ones so she can wear now that she is starting to like and notice clothing and princess' things :)
