These could be great, but with a thick batter or frosting, the bag slides right off. With a thinner frosting, they work great. The sides are barely tapered so it’s too easy for the bag to slide off. I have several different brands of bags and several different kinds of tips and never had this problem before. I tried a few different bags and they kept sliding off. Disappointed, because it’s a great concept.

Ordered these awhile back and used them for the first time today. Was incredibly disappointed. They are not centered at all leading to an excessive amount of meringue coming out of one side and a thin strip coming out the other side. One was worse than the other but both were significantly off. I tried to bend them closer to centered by hand but there’s only so much you can get it to move. Seems like the quality is just not held to a high standard. (And in case anyone is wondering, yes I know how to pipe. I’ve been making pastries for a few years and fully understand proper piping)
