My baby girl love this cereal

I am on a prescription medication for a medical condition that regularly leaves me nauseous and at least once a week causes my prior meals to return. When that happens, my stomach feels very tender, and I loose the desire to eat a regular breakfast. I remember using the baby cereal when my kids were infants because it is easy to digest. So, as an adult, who still needs something to settle the stomach, but doesn’t feel like I can handle much more than a few crackers, or a slice of bread, I eat this cereal. It is super easy to mix a small amount with water or milk. Sometimes I will add some flavored protein powder for a little variety in taste. Freeze dried food that has been powdered, like pears, also adds an additional variety and texture. This cereal digests pretty quickly, which many mornings is exactly what I need.

My baby is 5 months and 2 weeks, and pediatrician gave baby in the clear to start baby oats, and first time he tried it he devoured it!! Better than the baby rice (due to high levels of arsenic)
