Paladin"Ouch You Bastard" Dangerously Spicy Piri Piri

Honestly the hottest hot sauce EVER! Be warned that it’s so hot so a small amount goes a long way.

The first time I tried Ai-Ai was on my recent holiday to Madeira. We went to our favourite Pizzeria on the main road down to Funchal. When we asked for chilli oil, the waiter said they didn't have chilli oil, but this stuff. Whilst writing this, my mouth is salivating and bald head is sweating trying to describe the senasation you get when eating this chilli sauce. OK, I digress, back to the pizzeria! The waiter warned us that this is dangerous stuff so beware, but I can take my spice so thought nothing of it. To top if off, I had already ordered the most spiciest pizza on the menu. I proceeded to squeeze more than a drop and dipped the end of a slice into the sauce. Within ten seconds, my mouth was on fire, my bald head was sweating, and was almost breathless with the heat, frantically asking the waiter for another large beer and a large jug of water. Lesson learned! This sauce is really good to spice up a humous, and only one drop is required. In fact, when this arrived, I just used the sauce from the back of the foil with my lunch. So, if you can take your chilli, go for it!

like other reviews say, it works if you are using it in different dishes, just one drop is enough to give it some warmth, eating it on its own is quite unpleasant yes its hot and very bitter. some say its similar to da bomb. and if you are every in portugal its only around 2 euros a bottle.

I warn you now! This is by far the hottest hot sauce I've ever tried, by some margin. I am a lover of hot sauce and I've tried pretty much everything I could get my hands on, but this stuff (which I originally discovered in Portugal) is absolutely lethal. I LOVE IT. But be careful.... no, seriously, be careful. This stuff will make your chocolate starfish feel like Chernobyl once it comes out the other side. Should really be supplied with a fire extinguisher and some form of rectum lotion.

Habe diese Sauce in Portugal im Urlaub etwas zu selbstsicher auf eine Pizza verteilt nur um zu merken, dass meine selbsternannte hohe Schärferesistenz doch etwas zu optimistisch beurteilt wurde. Der Name "Ouch You Bastard" ist Programm!!! Die Tränen kamen und während des Essens bestellte ich direkt diesen "Bastard" hier auf Amazon. Nun nutze ich die Sauce schon seit ein paar Monaten und muss sagen, dass ich sie auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellen werde.

Schon sehr scharf, hält definitiv was es verspricht. Man merkt aber irgendwie dass es ein extrakt ist. Es schmeckt jetzt nicht besonders gut aber scharf ist es aufjedenfall.

We love the extra hot piri piri. This is silly though. Too much. Both the regular and extra hot is what we will stick with.

Eine Öl-Piri-Piri Mischung, die die Erwartungen entspricht: Achtung, scharf! Ein Paar Tropfen passen sehr gut in den Cocktails.
