Five stars Magnesium!!
Recommended to me by a family member. I am glad these tablets are smaller in size and easy to swallow compared to other brands. I did not experience any stomach upset. Works great for muscle spasm and restless leg syndrome. Huge bottle with 180 tablets. Great value and excellent product!

Works very well
We do love this product. This type of magnesium can be a bit pricey but well worth it however, their cost is competitive. Our only issue -- they are not coated so there is residual magnesium (powdery) at the bottom of the bottle which gets on the pills. It's really a non issue if you take it with enough water. EXCELLENT product. Just wish they were coated. Thank you - we will purchase again. This type of magnesium has all kinds of health benefits - not just sleep and relaxation.

Better sleep!
The best supplement! When I found out that 1/2 of the population is deficient in magnesium, I made this purchase. I take it as part of my bedtime routing. I can feel the anxiety leaving my body within minutes. I usually have a hard time falling asleep, but since taking at night, I’ve fallen asleep faster and had more restful sleep. I love that I’m supporting my heart health too!

Alternative to melatonin
I have purchased this supplement for a few years and continue to like using it. I think its a good healthy alternative to help start sleep cycles, while aiding absorption of other vitamins.
