## Description

This is a very rich, full bodied style of hot sauce. It has a very complex, almost overwhelming and yet completely balanced flavor profile. There is a bit of sweet, hint of vinegar, a multi-layered complexity of spices and a fair amount of heat with each bottle having 5-6 Habaneros on average. This varietal is produced on a limited basis with an average of only 30 bottles made per week. Each batch is crafted by hand starting with hand cutting an average of 175 fresh habaneros. And yes, each bottle comes with a little plastic dinosaur, just because dinosaurs are cool! (I have little boys who influence almost every aspect of my life).

The hot sauce taste great on anything, you start off with a sweet taste that soon turns to an explosion in your mouth for a few moments. It makes food that much better.
