**Q: I am currently installing the drain however should the rubber sleeve threaded coupling be glued to the metal drain outlet, it seems to just slip off?**
A: No, don’t glue the sleeve in place.  The mortar bed and tile will hold the drain and insert in place

**Q: Has anyone had this product for an extended period of time? Any failure or quality issues?**
A: 8 months all good. The only part that can fail is the plastic stablizers. They give you extras. See if you can order them.

**Q: Can you recommend a cast iron drain/rough for hot mop to use with this?**
A: YES

**Q: Hello, any idea when will you get the 32” in gold back into stock?**
A: On about July 25.
