**Q: Are these sturdy enough to shim floors?**
A: I believe so, I used them to shim my wall cabinets in the kitchen

**Q: Is this a flat shim?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can I shim my automotive lift with this?**
A: I wouldn’t  use these with dynamic loads , you should be using steel shins . It also depends on the bolts you are using ie Hilti Kwikbolts and how thick you concrete deck is if I was installing a lift I would cut out the concrete pour footers and use l-bouts  unless it is a 4 post lift then Kwikbolts would work

**Q: what's the length and width ?  Are these used for shimming window installations ?**
A: I don't have them handy but they are approximately 3 inches long, 2 inches wide.  Yes can use for shimming windows.

I bought these to square up a built-in cabinet so I could put glass doors on it and they worked great! I love that the package comes with various sizes and you can mix and match to get just about any size you want. They are easy to trim, and easy to use. The price is good and I'm happy I bought them.
