Big bag, easily fits a chromebook, folders and lunchbox. Slow shipping. Kid loves Undertale, graphic on bag is very nice and bright! The quality of the bag is very nice, has held up well for the first month he has used it.

Great size and spacious but one zipper broke off and the top loop (small handle) on top came apart on one side. Have not had time to contact vendor but that pretty much happened within the first 2 weeks of receiving it. My son loves his backpack though.

My son was So excited to get this for school. The bag has lots of zippers and the graphics on the bag looks cheap. By the second week one of the white tags attached to the zipper came off when my son tried to open the pocket. The zippers keep getting stuck on the fabric making it very hard to unzip without it getting stuck. By the first month one of the straps broke on the bag so now he has to use just one shoulder strap. He's in 5th grade and doesn't carry a ton of books. He's very disappointed and so am I.
