The plumber I called could not get the same one I had locally, so he came back with this Eemax model. What a disappointment! This one was noisy - about 3 seconds after turning the faucet on, the heater made a loud, annoying click, and then the water started getting warm a few seconds later. And the same click when turning the water off. It took much longer than my old heater for the water to get warm. Notice I said warm, not hot. It didn't make hot water at all. The water outlets are on the top, so it had to be mounted down low, taking up toiletry space. I added a photo here of this. I emailed the company, and they did call me within a few hours. But they couldn't help me with the loud click or the barely warm water temperature.Then 8 days later, the unit stopped working completely.I then asked the plumber to get me the kind I had before this, even if he had to order it, the Instant-Flow by Chronomite model SR 30l/120. He installed it yesterday, and it's wonderful. Hot water within 2 seconds, and plenty of it. It makes a tiny noise when it's turned on, but it's so slight, it's hard to hear. And the water outlets are on the side, so it is mounted way up under the sink, freeing up the floor space.I will never recommend the Eemax brand after this experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Luke Warm *by D***S on February 12, 2012* Works good for what I needed.
