Bought this item in April, was very pleased with the heating element, however after 9 months the coating on the mouse is bubbling and has now peeled off, leaving bare metal which seems to get hotter, with the finger buttons discolouring and looking very dirty and worn.Would like replacement but cannot find anywhere to contact so posting this note

Gets me through working in the winter

I love this mouse. It warms up very fast, it does work when not plugged in and is actually a good mouse. It does turn off the heat after a certain amount of time so if you forget to turn it off then it will cool down after an amount of time. I love the colour and I love how easy it is to turn the heat function on. I would love a heated keyboard to go with it. The only negative is that the cable could be a little longer but reaches my standard desk at work but that’s fully stretched.

I’ve been using a heated computer mouse for a few years now as I have raynauds and when the mouse is cold in winter, it can set my condition off.This is the hottest mouse I’ve ever had, it’s actually far to hot to comfortably use, so I would only recommend it for people who are say coming in from outside extremely cold and literally need something to warm their hand up quickly and then plan to turn off the heating element after 1-2 minutes.

I bought this for work because it was always absolutely freezing cold and having to keep my hand out the time was really unpleasant (first world problems) but this mouse was amazing heats up real fast.

Works as it should, the mouse is nice and comfortable to use with a wrist support mouse mat. The movements are very good and fantastic at hight sensitivity. The mouse is very positive woth regards the movement. The clicks and the scrolled and button. Very happy with this.

I have just bought my 4th one of these for our office. We love them! A hand-warming mouse is genius in our cold office (for the people tending to be colder than other colleagues). It's also a lovely-sized, comfortable, smooth and perfect mouse in and of itself, and the heat-warming is the perfect temperature and very efficient at warming cold fingers. I love it. What a find!
