Roland Foods Course Grain Yellow Polenta from Italy, 5 Lb Bag

This is the polenta I've been searching for. My favorite brand closed down during Covid. I purchased course grind and it is great. I made it with garlic parmesan butter and sauteed swiss chard. It will be a perfect side dish for TDay.

If you’re looking for yellow corn grits as I was, look no further. These work fine. They’re a little coarser than the yellow grits I used to buy at Trader Joe’s in the bins, but i haven’t seen them there since COVID. I use the same 4:1 water/grits ratio and they come out tasting good. Good value compared with others I’ve seen.

I used it to make cornbread and then turn it into dressing and it worked perfectly! I had a healthy Thanksgiving dinner.

I love this Polenta One of the best I have ever used. Does cook in 6-8 minutes I made it with broth, it really turned out smooth and creamy.
