Will this tester help me organize my chargers and get rid of the old ones that only do slow charging- for type c and usb2?

Sorry about the first two guys who misunderstood your question...sometimes people are so eager to help that they don't even really read the question. Anyway, yes it will help you "organize" your chargers. But...you have to make sure the chargers are tested under the exact same parameters. The charging voltage and amperage will vary by the type of device being charged, it's state of charge, how long the charger has been connected, and even the temperature. You plug this dohicky between the charger and the device you are charging (such as a phone). Make sure the phone has the exact same charge level for each test, the environmental temp is about the same +/- 15 degrees if indoors, within 5 degrees on a really hot day outdoors. What 30sec to a minute for the charge rate to stabilize, Then you can compare the charge rates of each charger to try to decide if it's a high or low-speed charger. Good luck.

What does OFF mean in the bottom right corner of the screen?

That is the display for the charge timer. The J7-c can be set to stop charging after a certain time, from 1 to 24 hours. By default, the timer is off and shows on screens two and three as OFF. To set the timer, do five quick presses of the KEY button while on-screen three. OFF will start flashing on the bottom of the screen. Continue pressing the KEY button until you reach the desired setting (AO is auto-off). After charging for the set time, the J7-t will stop charging, beep a few times, and display OFF on its screen. Pressing the KEY button brings the normal display back up.
