Safety first
Thus was purchased for a child that loves to unbuckle the seat belt on his wheelchair. Works wonders. Worth the money. Easy to use. Just a tip.. if the child fiddles with it and you think they might figure out how to open it, turn it over. Closure on the bottom.

Works great
My mom has Alzheimer's. She unbuckles sometimes when riding in the public transportation shuttle making it unsafe. These hav worked very well. It takes a couple of times to figure out getting it in the buckle but it is secure once the lid is screwed on.

Conceptually a great idea but doesn't work for my car
I have a autistic daughter and I bought these with the intent that it would help prevent her from constantly unbuckling her seat belt while the car is in motion. I have a 2009 Honda Pilot EXL and was planning to use these on one of the (second tier) passenger seats. The open slot of the safety guard is too big and my daughter can fit her fingers to unlash the sea belts. Conceptually a great idea but doesn't work for my car.

There has got to be a better way
I bought this for an adult who has dementia issues, but they're very much like children always trying to get out. This person was able to unscrew the cap. And undo the seat belt. I found it was difficult to attach this buckle guard to the seat belt and a lot of work. If you're going to be doing it every time you get In-N-Out of the car, if you're just putting it on a child's seat and locking it in and keeping it there that might work. But otherwise it's too much work and it doesn't really lineup well.

Useful
Perfect for my son who has Christianson syndrome and does not keep his seatbelt on from his wheelchair.

Works, but a little too easy to break
I've broken a couple of these while trying to install them, when you have recessed seat belt plugs they can be a little tricky to get on. I ended up having to stuff a sock down in the base of my seat belt plug to keep it lifted out of the seat of the car, that helped a little. Just wish the plastic on these was a little stronger so that they didn't snap quite so easily. That said, once you get them installed, they do the trick. I kept having passengers unbuckle my daughter's car seat without me realizing it and this FIXED that problem for sure.

Perfect for my son.
Peace of mind. My son has ASD and he doesn’t understand Safty. These seat buckle locks help give me peace of mind. His sped bus uses them for my son and some of the other kids.

Buckle guard for side belt release button
This is a simple design made in USA product. This works for my rear seats of my Samurai and works as advertised. My 2-year old daughter can press the seatbelt button, which made me look for and purchase this product. The cap is similar to child proof safety pill bottles and my daughter has not defeated this guard to unlock her seatbelt. Cheap, simple, works as advertised, and USA made. I would recommend it.
