I plan to travel with my gliders. The size and portability allows me to add them to my exercise routine as Im able to tuck them in my suitcase or a purse pocket and go. Im able to perform a variety of simple but challenging exercise moves. A great value for me!

First off, the color is perfect. These are some of the few non-black ones I could find. They seem to be standard size compared to the other sliders I've looked at; plus they're under my toes for the most part anyway, so the size works out to be good. The soft side works great on my linoleum floor and the hard side works good on my carpet. Sometimes one does slip out from underneath my foot, but I have very thick carpeting, so that might be a factor. Using these for "A Little Obsessed."

These workout slides are so cute! They are made to be able to use on carpet and hard floors. I’ve only used on carpet so far. I like that they are sent with a small list of some workouts you can do with them. I’ve looked up lots more on Pinterest. They’re great quality and I am excited to include them in my workout routine more!
