Recently bought the HINISO AD 80S to protect my camera gear, and it's been fantastic. It maintains humidity levels very accurately (I set it to 45%), and the digital display is clear and easy to use. Build quality is solid, the cabinet is spacious, and it runs silently. Plenty of room for multiple DSLRs, lenses, and accessories. The adjustable shelves are a plus. Worth it! Perfect for camera gear storage. Using this Hiniso dry cabinet from the last 10 days and I must say, it’s totally worth the money! Mera setup – 2 camera bodies, 5 lenses, gimbal, ND filters, sab easily fit ho gaya 80L wale model mein. Space kaafi achha milta hai, well organized lagta hai andar se. Humidity control bhi kaafi accurate hai. Maine 45% RH pe set kiya hai, aur mostly 2% plus dikhaata hai — matlab agar aapko exact 45% chahiye, toh setting ko thoda adjust karke 43% pe set karna padega. Monsoon ke time pe humidity kaafi badh jaati hai, aur agar camera gear zyada use na karo to lens me fungus ka risk badh jaata hai. Fungus clean karne ka cost kaafi zyada hota hai — usse achha ek baar ye dry cabinet le lo aur apne saare expensive gear ko safe rakh lo. Ye sirf camera ke liye nahi, balki aapke aur bhi electronics jaise lenses, hard drives, binoculars, sensors etc. ke liye bhi use ho sakta hai – depends on your work and needs. Build quality solid hai, display clear hai, aur operation bilkul silent hai. Ek baar set karo, bas bhool jao – automatic maintain karta hai RH. All over – super useful product for photographers and videographers. Safe storage ka tension khatam. Good work Hiniso!

This dry cabinet is of good quality; however, the adapter does not last for long. I purchased this Hiniso dry cabinet in 2022 and had to replace the adapter twice. But I must commend the seller, Photo Media for their excellent customer service. For my adapter replacement, both the times, I received complete cooperation from the seller. They were prompt and courteous in replacing the adapter. I have tried to connect the adapter with voltage stabilizer, but the prongs are too slim for snuggling the openings of the voltage stabilizers. As a result it comes loose and disconnects the power supply. Nonetheless, the dry cabinet holds and maintains the desired moisture level consistently.

The dry storage is working great and is of excellent quality. The modular and adjustable racks inside are really helpful in making space for whatever type of equipment you want. I had a lot of old camera equipment which was getting exposed to humidity and wouldve gotten spoilt, but this storage has been of great use to have a safe protective storage for all of it.

Nice Product for Camera

HINISO AD 80L dry cabinet arrived very safe in well protected packing. I am happy about the appearance, user friendliness and I hope it will save lot of money and protect the cameras. I was looking for a bigger storage humidifier. The lock system & door handle makes it convenient. The shelves & foam quality is also satisfactory. Overall a good looking & performing cabinet. Easy to install and valu for money. Must have for all Photographers.

First off, the build quality is excellent. Everything feels high quality and well put together. Comes with three plastic trays that are removable if needed. All the trays have a closed cell foam sheet, with one tray having cylindrical grooves. Humidity stabilises within 10-15 minutes if there is a huge difference between ambient and preferred. Once set and stabilised, it stays without much deviation. Inl usually just see a couple of points movement as the day progresses. This is quickly brought to the preferred setting automatically. Do note that fluctuations do happen as this is far from air tight. And you don't need it to be airtight either. However, if it were airtight, you can switch the unit off once preferred humidity is achieved and switch it back on only when you open it the next time. Having said that, the unit consumes power only when the preferred humidity is different from ambient. Else it consumes less than 0.2A. I've attached a screenshot of the monthly power consumption so that you get an idea. It makes next to no difference to leave this running all the time. I initially had it on a timer where it would run for an hour every 3 hours but soon realised it hardly makes any difference. Next off, the size. In my picture you can see the following: Tray 1: 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM II, 100 f/2.8L IS USM, 15-45 IS (Mirrorless Kit) Tray 2: 16-35 f/4L IS USM, 50 f/1.8, 24-105 f/4L attached to M50 body Tray 3: Sony Action Cam, Batteries, Canon 5D III with grip, Canon 1DX Tray 4: Miscellaneous items Tray 2 has all the lens placed towards the front. The depth is enough to house another couple of lens there. Similar with tray 1. You can judge the depth by looking at the 70-200 (hood installed) An additional tip is to always leave your lens without the front caps when stored in this. This will make sure the lens alwahs gets some light will be an additional barrier against any risk of fungus if you're in a tropical and/or humid region. I wouldn't upgrade to the larger model unless i have significantly more kit. In the same vein, I'd go for the smaller one if I had less kit. This will also prevent unnecessary air in the unit. Overall, highly recommended. I got it for around 13k with a few offers. Special mention for the excellent packaging.
