I was a tad apprehensive buying this dual headset, for myself and for my wife. After using them for a week, we are both very impressed with the sound, the ease of use and of all the accessories that are included. This is a very well thought out set. We can now hear speech with pure crystal clear clarity, but for me, best of all, is the subleties like birds singing in in the background or a stream gurgling that do enhance TV watching, are now there. These sounds normally would certainly go unheard by me. The docking station and headphones are neat and very easy to set up, there is a volume control to hand on the headset along with balance for your left or right ear and even a little Mic button on the back to enable normal conversation if required. Treble and Bass are available on the docking station, plus stereo or mono. A spare charged battery is held in the docking station for the headphones. Placing the headphones in the cradle after use, charges both pair simultaneously. For us the included items provided were all we required. Plug in the power, attach the digital cable or RCA jack directly to the source, switch on and enjoy. The only criticism I would mention is that after a couple of hours of TV listening my ears do feel just a little uncomfortable but I can happily live with this because of the sound quality.... Brilliant. I will try the different ear caps that are provided and adjustments to the bendable arms to achieve a little more comfort. (It could just be my ears getting used to them.) In all these headphone are highly recommended to anyone who struggles with hearing TV sound, they won't do your street cred any good, but who cares? Importantly both of us are now very happy with our purchase, and we are enjoying our television again. :)

The product, double wireless headphones, was well explained and ordering was simple. Immediate confirmation of the order was given along with information on delivery which was on time, well notified, and well packed in minimal recyclable packaging. Good, printed installation instructions were easy to follow and our TV was modern enough for us to use the optical connection, so we had no problems with the installation or sound quality. We appreciate the fact that the TV can be used separately or muted while the headphones are adjusted to the wearers' requirements. Also, a good feature is the ability to have personal control over muting the headset phones in order to carry out a conversation without having to remove the phones or having to disturb the TV. We have not rated the battery so far as the product is very new to us, but we do appreciate that there is a spare battery ready for use stored within the charger. Today we had an email from Simolio to check on any problems we may have experienced together with information in the form of usage tips, and the rectification of possible problems others have experienced in the past. It demonstrates that the company does care about its new customers which we were pleased to know, since we are elderly, and not very electronically literate.

Easy to setup with the Optical connection, worked straight away no messing about tuning and pairing etc. All cables supplied for three different types of connecting to various TV types. Sound quality and volume very good. Neat and tidy smart design. Choice of two types of ear bud useful, comfortable to wear, light weight. No wires trailing across the floor to the TV, no need to pair for Bluetooth. My 3 year old TV has a Bluetooth option but when connected turns off sound from TV speakers so no good for others in the room. Very clear instructions. Microphone on rear of head set not very efficient as the unit is against your body when wearing it, not a problem as very easy just to take off the headset to talk. This system is very good,I have had a set of same design, different manufacturer for about ten years and they served me well. Ecellent that you can listen to the TV at your own preferred volume without affecting volume from TV for other people in the room. Would highly recommend these to anyone who has poor hearing or wishes not to disturb others while viewing TV. I am now 63 years old and this type of device has made a huge difference to the pleasure of TV viewing. Cheaper types on the market but do not have as many operating features.

I just love this kit . I have had 3 sets of other brands over the years but the Simolio is miles ahead in quality ,aesthetic looks and comfort. I bought the double set which was to save swaping out the battery each time it runs out . I can easily binge watch box sets and get a full day from the li ion battery of which there are 3 ( one in each headset and a spare in the base ) As for comfort they are light weight and you can bend thearms to suite your head/ears and they wont break . The position of the volume and balance wheels are in the perfect place . The MIC is amazing when someone wants to talk all you do is press the small button on the back with your right thumb ( very well desinged ) and the voice of the people talking on MIC is crystal clear . The sound while watching a movie is almost like being in the cinema and I pay alot of attention to sound track in a movie . I can't recommend these highly enough . I have only one little niggle but this could be dismissed by others is that I would have liked a set of larger earbuds but as I say this is personal to me as everyone has different sie of outer ear . I will not take any points off for this. Well done Simolio for pruducing a fantastic product . One word of caution : when you place the set on the base for charging make sure the simolio faces front and puch lightly . If facing the wrong way there could be a possibility of bending the tiny pins that align with the headset. Afternote : I connected via optical lead ( supplied ) .

Non costa poco ma è ben fatto. Facile installazione, trasmissione ottima, voce chiara e resistente alle torsioni dei braccetti. Facile da maneggiare per un anziano poco tecnologico. Forse gli switch di on/off potevano essere più grandi, visto il target. Facile la ricarica ma poteva essere leggermente più facile l'incastro alla base per chi non ha più una perfetta manualità. Basta prenderci la mano.

facilissime da configurare con diverse opzioni di collegamento al televisore, le due cuffie sono indipendenti, l'audio è buono con possibilità di regolazione di bilanciamento tra orecchio sinistro e destro, oltre che del volume. Sono perfette per l'utilizzo da parte di un pubblico in là con gli anni. Coprono un'alta distanza, anche a svariati metri si sentono perfettamente. Le ho settate con il cavo ottico, in questo modo gli altoparlanti del televisore continuano a sentirsi. Nella confezione ci sono tutti i cavi che occorrono, una terza batteria di scorta, istruzioni molto chiare in italiano e qr code al loro sito per estensione di garanzia.

My TV listening devise of many years service finally died. I wear hearing aids so an over the ears headset presents feedback problems. The SM824D1 headset is open ears and very similar in style and operation to the one I had before and even came with a spare battery, which charges separately from the headset in the transmitter base. I found the sound quality of this unit to be excellent and since it is transmitted by RF and not IR, as the previous unit, I could even leave the room wearing the headset and still listen to the TV audio. The spare battery charger failed after a week or two of use. I emailed SIMOLIO Customer Service and received a quick response, and after a few back and forth emails to verify the problem, I was sent a new transmitter base. I cannot attest to the longevity of the product as I have only had it for a few weeks. However, based on recent customer Service experience, I would definitely recommend this company and the product, which is comfortable to wear and has excellent sound quality.

They are good. I live in a condo, and I needed to be able to hear TV at 2 AM lol just wish a little more bass but they do the job oh ya I could have got the big cushion cup I have them all ready but after a while ears hurt and sweat these
