Product was as appeared in advertisement. I ordered it on a Thursday and received it the following Tuesday. It was a present for our 40th anniversary. The money we saved by purchasing a "created ruby" will enable us to also take an anniversary trip. Mail order jewelry is always a concern, but this necklace looks like the quality is good. Only comment I have is that the 18 inch silver chain is a very small gauge and breakage if snagged might be a concern, otherwise my wife loves it.

I bought this as a gift for a July birthday. The recipient said that it was beautiful, and it is an attractive piece of jewelry but I am not sure that I would buy it again. I thought the ruby was a bit fat for the delicate heart and chain. I did not see it worn, so I do not know how that would change rating.

I'm a big supporter of lab created stones and i buy them often. However the color variation for the ruby in this pendant was very disappointing. The overall construction is great and the product was reasonably priced, but i would have rather paid more for a "red" ruby then to get what i received.

My girlfriend really loved this necklace. She keeps telling me how everyone asks her where she got it from. Its the only necklace I have seen her consistently wear for more than a few days. The only thing she doesn't really like is the clasp. She says it is a pain to put on because it is so small.

Great pendant! I love how the heat in the middle flows freely from the outside heart. Terrible necklace chain though. My necklace was so badly tangled up when I opened the box that I had to break it. I had to purchase a separate chain.

It was much better than I expected it to be. I will say that the stone isn't as red as it is in the picture, it's closer to pink.

Great product my girlfriend loved it, it is a little more pink than red but still a pretty piece of jewelry
