My daughter dropped her school Chromebook. I was able to buy this and do the replacement in about 10 minutes. There are a few really good YouTube videos on how to do it. It was way cheaper than the $350 replacement that the school charges.

There are numbers that show up in the back of the screen. They are always there. It installed just fine and turns on but I can get rid of the numbers and letters. A5 80641 is all I can see.

The screen itself worked. I just got a defective screen. However, it was really easy to install. The fit was perfect. We have an Acer Chromebook model # C741L N20Q8 series. It was a school issued laptop so paying for a new laptop was not an option thankfully this was available. Update: Received another screen. Pixels were damaged on the replacement screen. Which is a huge bummer I had high hopes.
