Easy to follow and full of great workouts!
As a complete beginner to training and in particular cross training i decided to purchase a couple of books on the subject to give myself some basic background knowledge on what to expect. This guide for me was the best of the bunch. It gave me clear and simple to understand instructions on what to expect and most importantly what to do. The works outs of the day listed at the end of the book were concise, to the point, and easy to follow. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a complete guide to cross training.
