Truth be told, personally just about the only substantive difference in utilization of a so-call men's facial cream and my usage of a purported foot balm on my face is whether or not I'm paying attention when I step out of the shower...however...this men's facial cream felt like a mild astringent as I sensed a mild tingling sensation the first few times I used it after shaving. It has a mild scent somewhat suggestive of a meld of woodsy and floral but it does not seem to linger long. The cream has more of an oily rather than creamy texture but it does not result in a residue or transfer to clothing. I'll leave the assessment of whether or not it is non-comedogenic to those who actually pay attention to those considerations however I do not find it to be rapidly absorbed and tends to require massaging into the skin although only a small dollop is necessary for full facial coverage.

As far as moisturizing the skin this works fine. My husbands face was nice and soft but the smell omg. It smells like a skunk sprayed. I literally gagged when I smelled the jar. My husband was a trooper and left it on and the smell did go away thank god. But holy cow it’s strong and nasty. There’s so many wonderful manly scents they could have used. I don’t know if we got a jar that went bad or if this scent is intentional. But we will not be repurchasing.

The Triumph & Disaster, Gameface Moisturiser is a nice men's face cream. It has a nice consistency that rubs in and absorbs well. It does not leave a greasy film on your skin. It definitely leaves my skin feeling softer and smoother. It has a mild spice-like fragrance that does not linger. It has a couple of ingredients native to New Zealand, Ponga and Horopito. That sounds exotic and like it has been the missing mysterious ingredient that we have all been looking for. Maybe they are good for my skin, because it seems like this lotion does work for me. And I know I can use some more of that Ponga, which is to keep the wrinkles at bay. The jar came slightly ajar. The lid was loose and at an angle. I think the lotion was still fresh. It would be nice if there was a seal around the lid to prevent this from happening. The price is probably a too high for a guy's cream.
