The trees come all squashed together and the large and medium sized trees are so bent they look terrible and aren’t useable. The tiny ones seem to be ok but not what I was expecting at all.

The item is tiny it arrived in a padded envelope all the trees was squashed and of no use. I can not get a refund. Please do not buy anything from this company I had throw item away as it is not fit for purpose

Not happy at all, what could have been nice little trees, just shoved into a tiny bag, all are bent or broken and only 2 still usable disgraceful !!!

Bent and unusable, hardly any snow on them at all.Poor packaging which results in damaged products.

These trees came all crushed together in a bag. They shed glitter everywhere when trying to fix and they didn't stand up on their own after they were straightened. I ended up putting them in the bin because so much of the glitter was missing and they looked so cheap.

i knew they were going to be a bit cheap made, just not that much. that's just my opinion.however, they absolutely do the part, they look beautiful when placed as part of more decoration. i like them and i kept them.

They look alright they came in the post and due to delivery was slightly damaged could do with better quality packing
