I don't do oil painting, but I have found these useful, straight from the tube, in added color to my printmaking projects. It's a lot easier, and cheaper, to dab a little color onto a brush and use it rather than roll out more ink.

Okay for a beginner. Colors fade fast.

I am new to oil painting. But, not to painting !!!! These colors have good flow properties. They spread very good on stretched canvas. I did not use a thinner or medium. These paints themselves are enough to give a good finished painting!!!!!

I painted a sky and left it there for three days and they never dried! Then the black and blue paints went everywhere, including my white bedspread...

I'm a complete beginner when it comes to painting so I wasn't expecting the greatest quality paints here. My only problem is that in the set I had received, the tube of Titanium White didn't contain a white paint! It seemed that the tube was filled with Yellow Ochre. I wouldn't have minded this discrepancy as much with any other color, but the color white is rather necessary when trying to paint. Not sure how the mix-up happened, also not sure if this has happened to anyone else.

A great set of cheap priced paints. Quality was great. Exactly as described and came very quickly. Will continue to buy.

I like this set of oils! I love the variation of colors, and it's good quality paint.
