I am a law student and I have many 1,000/+ page textbooks to read every day. When my back started hurting from keeping the book on the table, I wanted to get a book stand and tried a few fancy ones that adjusted up and down and a million ways. Well, that one broke almost immediately after costing nearly 10x as much as this one. This one is an AMAZING price for EXACTLY what I need! It’s so small that it’s easy to transport, and it is very sturdy in holding these large books. 10/10!

This makes me so happy when I read at the table, having a meal, enjoying bith words and food with no bother.The stand's adjustable slope is especially useful, allowing overhead lighting to focus on pages. And it handles both hardcover books and fat paperbacks with its metal tension fingers to hold pages in place. So far: sturdy, nice looking, and functional.Just sorry that I didn't discover this years ago!.

This was a super good product I got it for my mom for Christmas and she loved it! It works great and helps do you don’t need to look down so far! I definitely recommend this!!

This stand is really good for Standard hard back text books, not paper back. It’s too flimsy to hold standard sized paper back text books.

My daughter has an enormous, hardback AP Euro History book that she has to read and take notes from everyday. She needed a book stand to keep the book open while she types/writes so we tried this one. It's not a sturdy book stand by any means but it folds up to lie flat on her desk top and gets the job done. If we had to purchase again we would probably opt for something a little more stable.

The Mighty Bright fold and stow collapsible book holder is just that. A simple easy to use and transport book holder that works quite well and is very reasonably priced. I am using mine with both books (hardcover and soft cover) and magazines.

I love this book stand - it holds my book by my laptop and I can adjust the angle. the profile is slim to non-existent so it doesn't take up a honking great space on my small desk. it folds up and can be slipped in my desk drawer when not in use.

Flimsy. Not worth my money and I have a small book. Wouldn’t fit.
