For me it is several-fold more effective than a warm flannel. I haven’t bothered using the cleaning wipes because my eyelid margins are too inflamed for that during grass pollen season. I suppose my only gripe is that upon placing the mask over my eyes, I end up with asymmetrical lumpiness, but that could be just my personal issue with beady things.
